Q: Are You a Covid Safe Event?

A: The health and safety of our attendees, entertainers, clubs, volunteers and Team is our top priority and we are committed to delivering a COVID Safe event.

If Queensland’s COVID restrictions change and impact this event, we will keep you updated via our website and social media.

 

Q: Do I have to pre-register my vehicle before the Show, or can I just turn up on the day?

Q: What type of business can book a Trade Site at the Gold Coast Car Show?

A: Trade Sites must be Auto Industry or related services. Trade Sites include Apparel such as Vintage, Rockabilly, Kustom Kulture or Art. Novelty Sites and Collectors also welcome. Call the info-line if unsure of suitability. Book your site today via our Registration Page. Gold Coast Car Show reserve the right to decline registrations of businesses deemed unsuitable for this event.

Q: If I book a Trade Site and submit the online registration – when is payment required?

A: Payment is required at the time of the online booking. Payment options –  Paypal or Credit Card. 

 

Q: When do Trade Site Registrations close?

A: Registration Deadline will be posted on the main page of website under Trade Stalls (Register Now)

 

Q: Do Trade Sites include Food Vendors?

A: No!  Food Vendors are by EOI & approved applications only.

 

Q: Is there a Swap Meet? 

A: NO.

Q: Are the Pre-sold Tickets from the Postponed 2022 Event still valid for 2023?
A: 
Absolutely! Just have them ready to be scanned at the entrance.
