Q: Do I have to pre-register my vehicle before the Show, or can I just turn up on the day?

A: There are no pre-registrations. Pay $25.00 at the gate for Cars & Bikes includes registration and judging. Please assist by having the correct amount of cash for a fast entry.
* Management has the right to refuse vehicles deemed unsuitable.
* Management has the right to refuse vehicles coming in under a business  name for promotional purposes.    

Q: How do I register for the judging?

A: Once you have paid and parked, head over and register your vehicle with Administration next to the main stage. Nominate your category and place paperwork visibly on your windscreen ready for judging.

Q: Can I register for more than one judging category?

A: Yes, an additional $10.00 per category is required for every additional category selected. A paid stamp will qualify additional category nominations. If the judges don’t see a paid stamp on your paperwork – they will automatically judge your first category selection. This keeps registrations from ticking every box.

Q: What time does the Event Administration open for registrations?

A: Saturday 50-70s Retro Vehicles:  Register from 11.00am –  4.00pm.

     Sunday – Everything on Wheels: Register from 6.00am – 11.00am.

Q: What type of business can book a Trade Site at the Gold Coast Car Show?

A: Trade Sites must be Auto Industry or related services. Trade Sites include Apparel such as Vintage, Rockabilly, Kustom Kulture or Art. Novelty Sites and Collectors also welcome. Call the info-line if unsure of suitability. Book your site today via our Registration Page. Gold Coast Car Show reserve the right to decline registrations of businesses deemed unsuitable for this event.

Q: If I book a Trade Site and submit the online registration – when is payment required?

A: Payment is required at the time of the online booking. Options for payment is by Paypal or Credit Card. 

Q: When do Trade Site Registrations close?

A: Registration Deadline will be posted on the main page of website under Trade Sites. Trade Stalls (Register Now)

Q: Do Trade Sites include Food Vendors?

A: No! Food Vendors are by EOI & application due to limited sites available. Email an expression of interest with details such as dimensions, photos and menu to :
