FAQ’S – WHAT IS THE BEST DAY TO GO ? 
You Choose! See the difference in days below : 

SATURDAY 28th September : Rev-it up Family Retro Day!
Featuring Cars & Caravans from the 1950’s-1970’s era. Special Trophies up for grabs.
An action packed Family day with Monster Trucks , Koas FMX Stunts, All Wheels Entertainment  appearing on Saturday only! Live on centre stage “Coverplay” Band plays tribute to the 1960’s-80’s era.
Gates open from 10am-7pm. Registrations for judging open at 11:00am and close at 3:00pm.
Trophy presentations for Retro Cars on centre stage from 6:00pm.

SUNDAY 29th September – THE MAIN DAY FOR All Cars, Bikes & Truck Displays.
Featuring all makes and models with everything on Wheels ! Auto industry Trade displays.
Local Covers Band “Pheonix Rising” will rock it out on centre stage.
Gates open from 6.30am-3:00pm.
Registrations for judging close at 10.00am for Cars, Bike & Truck categories.
Trophy presentations for Trucks at 1:00pm; Bikes at 2:15pm and Cars categories at 2:30pm

FAQ’S – DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY CAR FOR JUDGING? 
No! – Just show off and be part of the Show and Shine along with other Car lovers.
VEHICLE ENTRY $25.00 ON THE DAY – includes driver + up to 1 passenger only (kids under 12 free). Additional passengers charged at gate prices.
NB: ALL Vehicles must be SHOW WORTHY to display!
Event Crew reserve the right to refuse and re-direct any vehicle to the general public parking area if a vehicle does not fit the criteria for the Show and Shine.

FAQ’S – HOW DO I ENTER MY CAR TO BE JUDGED?
Simple … enter on the day to be judged for $5.00 – no pre-registrations required.

FAQ’S – WHICH DAY SHOULD I ENTER MY CAR TO BE JUDGED?
It’s up to you! Many car buffs come both days to take advantage of the different trophies on offer. The main Car Show Day with most trophy catergory’s is on Sunday 29th September.

SATURDAY 28th September – Retro Cars from the 1950’s-1980’s era. 
Gates open from 11am-7pm. Registrations close at 3.00pm for judging.

SUNDAY 29th September – The Main day for all types of Cars, Bikes and Trucks & more!
Gates open from 6.30am-3pm.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CAR, BIKE OR TRUCK FOR JUDGING:

1. Register for Judging at the Administration Office – cost is $5.00
2. Take the correct coloured category form.
3. Choose one category.  
4. Place the form/s on your windscreen or on your bike bars where judges can easily see it for judging
    by the cut off times. NB: If the Judges’ can’t see the form visibly, it may get missed!
5. If your form is still on your car by the close of judging times, it is your responsibility to let our 
Administration know so we can alert the judges.

Saturday Retro Trophy presentations on centre stage from 6:00pm
Sunday Truck Trophy presentations on centre stage from 1:00pm
Sunday Bike Trophy presentations on centre stage from 2:15pm.
Sunday Car Trophy presentations on centre stage 2.30pm.

Please note : Winners must be present at the trophy presentations to collect trophy. 
If the winner is not present to collect, it will go to the next nominee.
