Q: Do I have to pre-register my vehicle before the Show, or can I just turn up on the day?

A: There are no pre-registrations for the 2017 Gold Coast Car Show.  All Vehicles must pay at the gate on the day. Cars & Bikes $20.00 each which includes passengers and judging nominations . Please have the correct amount of cash required to assist with fast flowing vehicle entry.

Q: What type of business can book a Trade Site at the Gold Coast Car Show?

A: Trade Sites must be Auto Industry or related services. Trade Sites include Apparel such as Vintage, Rockabilly, Kustom Kulture or Art. Novelty Sites and Collectors also welcome. Call the info-line if unsure of suitability. Book your site today via our Registration Page. Gold Coast Car Show reserve the right to decline registrations of businesses deemed unsuitable for this event. Please note that Food & Drink Vendors are by invitation only. Contact us if you have something Retro or Vintage.

Q: If I book a Trade Site and submit the online registration – when is payment required?

A: Payment is required at the time of submitting the online registration. Options of payment will appear : Paypal or Credit Card – Visa or Mastercard.

Q: When do Trade Site Registrations close?

A: Registration Deadline will be posted on the main page of website under Trade SitesTrade Stalls (Register Now)

Q: Do Trade Sites include Food Vendors?

A: No. Food Vendors are by application only due to limited sites available. Interested vendors must email an expression of interest with details, photos and menus. If the Vendor is successful, an Application will be emailed to the vendor for Food sales.

Q: Is there a Swap Meet at this years 2017 Car Show?

A: There is NO Swap Meet at the 2017 Gold Coast Car Show.

Q: How do I register for the judging?

A: Once you have paid entry & parked your vehicle, head to the information booth and nominate one category and then place paperwork visibly on your windscreen ready for judges.

Q: Can I register for more than one judging category?

A: Yes, an additional $10.00 per category is required for every additional category selected. A paid stamp will qualify additional category nominations. If the judges don’t see a paid stamp on your paperwork – they will automatically judge your first category selection.

Q: What time does the information booth open? What time does judging start?

A: Registration booth opens at 6am. The judging starts from 7.30am for those who registered early.

A: Categories to be updated for 2017
